Salon Policies
Cancellations + No shows
-If you are 15 minutes or more late your service may be rescheduled or canceled
-If you must cancel your service please give a 24-hour notice
-All appointments canceled within 24-hours will be charged a 50% cost of service fee
-All appointments "no-showed" will be charged 50% cost of service fee
Payments
-All services booked must have a credit card on file to reserve an appointment
-Lucky Lash accepts cards and cash for services
-Gratuity can be a card, cash, or Venmo
-If you are for any reason unhappy with your service please contact Lucky Lash within 72 hours and we can offer complimentary touch-ups
-No refunds will be issued
Lash services
-OUTSIDE LASH FILLS- Lucky Lash no longer accepts fills from other salons/artists. Please book a "New Client Full Set" and a "Lash Extension Removal" if booking online. Cost of removal will be waived for all new client full sets
-FOR ALL LASH SERVICES- Please come makeup-free with clean lashes, you may come in a few minutes early to wash off makeup in the salon
